Lorraine M. Dailey and Morgan Spear have worked together since 1990 and joined together to develop Dailey & Spear Architects, PLLC, in 2002. DSA consistently provide original, functional & sustainable design solutions to our clients.  The firm has developed a time honored reputation for excellence in the planning and design of religious, K-12 schools, local & state government buildings and correctional / detention facilities.

Lorraine M. Dailey manages the San Antonio office. She has over 25 years experience in planning, development and construction of public and private building structures.  Morgan Spear manages the Corpus Christi branch. He has been practicing architecture since 1965 and has become one of the most respected and recognized designers in the South Texas area. Mr. Spear has achieved multiple awards for Architectural Excellence in Design.

With offices in Corpus Christi and San Antonio, DSA provides master planning, architecture, interior design, security systems design, sustainable solutions and construction administration to public and private entities.  The firm’s philosophy is to collaborate with clients addressing their needs to develop uniquely efficient design solutions.

OUR HISTORY

DSA Architects was founded in 2002 with offices in San Antonio & Corpus Christi. Our firm offers comprehensive services to a diverse client base in the areas of architecture, interior design, master planning, and sustainable design.

DSA Architects has experience in planning, development, and construction of public and private building structures for more than 20 years with projects exceeding $60 million.
